Heart 4 the Homeless has created a program to teach and tutor homeless children. Approved student volunteers from schools across the Tampa area now Zoom with homeless children that need help in areas like math, science, reading, writing, history, Spanish, Latin, Chinese, and French.
Every few holidays, Heart 4 the Homeless strives to unite the Tampa Bay area for a big food buffet for all to eat free at. At these buffets, there are live music performers, gifts that are given to the homeless children, and tables and chairs for all to socialize at while eating. These buffets help connect everyone in the community together no matter who they are.
Heart 4 the Homeless has created a program that helps make job searching easier for homeless individuals. Homeless individuals are able to scan a QR code and select jobs that they are interested in. Heart 4 the Homeless volunteers then connect these individuals to local Tampa businesses that are willing to hire homeless workers.
